FOnetworks Terms and Conditions
FOnetworks currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (we do not currently accept Discover Card).
FOnetworks will assign Net 30 terms customers who have gone through the process of establishing these terms, including filling out the required credit application (most government institutions and most public educational facilities and municipalities do not need to do this). Establishing Net 30 terms can take up to 15 business days from the date the application is accepted. The minimum initial purchase for Net 30 terms is $250, and the minimum purchase order amount is $100. Orders that do not meet these minimums should be on credit card.
FOnetworks accepts wire transfers for payment terms, an additional fee is charged per transaction by our bank, and will be passed on to the customer.
Online orders will be accepted through our secure server. Online orders will be processed and shipped only after credit card has been verified.
FOnetworks will accept purchase orders only for those who have established credit terms, and all purchase orders should exceed the minimum purchase order requirement of $100, or credit card terms apply.
Phone orders will only be accepted for credit card orders. Orders will not be processed or shipped until customer has received an order acknowledgement, has checked the acknowledgement for accuracy, and has responded to FOnetworks to proceed. All purchase orders must be faxed or emailed.
All orders with a "ship to" address outside of the Continental United States shall be considered "International".
All International sales must be shipped "collect" with a customer supplied and verified account number (UPS, Federal Express, DHL). All import duties, fees, local taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and where applicable will be billed "collect" with the freight carrier. All invoices are listed and should be paid in US Dollars. All orders are subject to U.S. Export controls.
In stock products usually ship within 24 hours. Most products ship within 3-5 days of order placement, although some products and large quantities may require up to 30 days (this is unusual). FOnetworks recommends contacting a sales representative for time sensitive orders. FOnetworks is a manufacturer, many of the products that we sell are custom made per order. Choosing any expedited shipping method will not guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If you choose next day shipping, that means that you will receive your order the day after it is shipped.
You may return products for exchange only within 30 days of invoice. Before returning product, you must obtain an RMA number from FOnetworks. Make sure the RMA number appears on the package. FOnetworks is not responsible for material ordered incorrectly and does not warrant any product for fitness to a particular application or suitability to any application other than for that which it is intended. We strongly urge all of our customers to review any specifications and/or recommendations before ordering any product. As a manufacturer, much of our product is custom built and cannot be reused and therefore is non-returnable. Re-stocking fees up to 25% may apply to all allowable returns.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact FOnetworks immediately at 877-270-9513. Cancellations after the product has left our warehouse are considered returns, and are subject to our Return policy.Custom made products are non-cancelable once they have been started in to production, no exceptions.
There is no minimum order for credit card or COD orders. Non-government purchase orders require a $100 minimum, or credit card terms apply.
Due to fluctuations in shipping charges, typically FOnetworks will add the UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS charges to the invoice at the time of shipping. If you require shipping charges before the item ships, please contact an FOnetworks sales representative.
5 YEAR WARRANTY ON STANDARD CABLE ASSEMBLIES, 90 DAYS ON CUSTOM ASSEMBLIES. THIS IS LIMITED TO DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND/OR WORKMANSHIP. FONETWORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, STORAGE OR USAGE, OR ANY USAGE DEEMED EXTREME. PLEASE CONTACT A SALES REPRESENTATIVE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON APPLICATIONS.
In the event that a product is deemed defective in materials or workmanship, FOnetwork's sole responsibility is replacement of the defective item or refund of the price paid.
